Online Divorce Coaching

Unlimited Access to an Attorney Without the High Fees

Launching in early fall, our new online divorce coaching service will give you unlimited access to an attorney for your case using our comprehensive Internet-based “help desk.”

For only $295/month, we provide the forum for you to get questions resolved and answered quickly and efficiently. When you have specific inquiries about forms and paperwork, the dissolution process, how and what documents to file, legal terminology or wording/language, or any other question regarding your divorce, you will simply log in and ask an attorney.

Through the online divorce coaching service, you will have access to all the forms you need to start and finish your dissolution case in California. Moreover, we will provide you with sample language for your agreement so you can adapt and modify it as you see fit. The online divorce coach can help you avoid mistakes and direct you to resources you need, and will help you find answers to your questions.

The online divorce coaching service allows you to remain in control of your case, but have inexpensive access to an attorney when you need it. You make the decisions and remain responsible for all aspects of your case, but can ask for as much or as little advice as you need from an attorney licensed to practice in California and who concentrates in family law.

Is Coaching the Right Solution for Me?

Many people will find that coaching is all they need to successfully terminate their marriage in a manner they find acceptable. If you have the ability to negotiate with your spouse, fill out forms and draft documents, then the coaching service may be right for you.

But, coaching may not be right for everybody. For example, in high conflict cases, cases where one spouse intimidates the other, or where one side has a high-pressure attorney, coaching may not be the best long-term solution. Even so, the coaching service may still be able to give you valuable information about your case and help you do some of the work yourself so that you can hire an attorney who will have less work to do.
